Durier products are made from a wide variety of fabric and materials, some delicate, and so it is difficult to give any form of cleaning instruction. The best way to ensure a long life for your Durier product is to look after it well. All cleaning attempts are at your own risk.

Product Specifications
‘Fabric’ refers to the fabric cloth outer layer of a product. ‘Materials’ refers to the overall composition of the products. Every effort has been made to ensure Durier products have been represented as truthfully as possible however fabrics, materials, colours and textures may vary due to differences in personal interpretation, computer screens and pattern placement. Due to the handmade nature of Durier products and the age of some vintage fabrics used some irregularities may occur in fabrics used and pattern placement, adding to the individuality of each product. All dimensions of products are approximate. Information regarding fabrics used to make all Durier products has, where possible, been identified at purchasing source. However, some vintage fabrics have been guestimated due the fact that their age and composition are unknown. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrect identification of materials or fabrics.

Privacy
Information collected to process your order such as name, postal/delivery address, telephone, email and organisation (if applicable) helps us to process your order and allow us to contact you in the event of any problems or changes. Durier Limited does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Customer traffic patterns and site usage may be monitored to help develop this website.

Refunds and exchanges for private orders/sales (NB: Does not apply to Trade orders)
A product can only be exchanged if it has arrived to you faulty. Should you wish to return a Durier product based upon this reason, please notify Durier Limited within seven days of receipt of an order. Refunds will be paid by cheque, less the price of postage. Any product to be exchanged must be returned in its packaging, with all labels, unused and undamaged within 28 days. No responsibility can be accepted by Durier Limited for loss of returned items that have not been sent by special delivery. Once a Durier product has been de-labelled and used it is your responsibility. Any items posted back in a used or dirty condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
